COMPRENDE: A) CULTIVAR MACROFAGOS DE CONEJO CON INDUCTORES; B) SEPARAR UNA FRACCION CONTENIENDO UN ARN MENSAJERO (ARNM) DE FACTOR DE NECROSIS DE TUMORES DE CONEJO DEL CULTIVO DE LOS MACROFAGOS; C) TRATAR AL ARNM CON TRANSCRIPTASA INVERSA, PARA REALIZAR UN ADN COMPLEMENTARIO (ADNC) MONOCATENARIO; D) CONVERTIR AL ADNC MONOCATENARIO EN UN ADNC DE DOBLE CADENA; E) INSERTAR EL ADNC DE DOBLE CADENA EN UN VECTOR DE PLASMIDO; F) INTRODUCIR A LOS PLASMIDOS RECOMBINANTES EN UN HOSPEDANTE PARA TRANSFORMAR AL ADNC DE DOBLE CADENA Y CONSTRUIR UNA BIBLIOTECA DE ADNC; Y G HIBRIDAR A LA BIBLIOTECA DE ADNC PARA OBTENER ADNC QUE CODIFICA EL FACTOR DE NECROSIS DE TUMORES DE CONEJO.
