Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELECTRODEPOSICION CONTINUA DE METALES A GRAN DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE SOBRE UNA TIRA METALICA EN CELULAS VERTICALES. COMPRENDE: OBLIGAR AL ELECTROLITO PARA LA ELECTRODEPOSICION, A ATRAVESAR CADA CELULA TURBULENTA Y VERTICALMENTE, SIENDO LA DIRECCION DEL FLUJO EN EL TRAMO DESCENDENTE OPUESTA A LA DEL TRAMO ASCENDENTE; OBLIGAR AL ELECTROLITO EN CADA CELULA A MOVERSE EN CONTRACORRIENTE RESPECTO A LA TIRA; EQUIPAR A LAS CELULAS ELECTROLITICAS, PROVISTAS DE UN LADO DE ENTRADA Y UN LADO DE SALIDA PARA LA TIRA, CON LOS MISMOS ELEMENTOS EN LOS TRAMOS DESCENDENTES Y ASCENDENTES DE CADA UNIDAD DE TRATAMIENTO PARA GARANTIZAR UN MOVIMIENTO INTENSO DEL ELECTROLITO EN EL INTERIOR DE LAS CELULAS, SIENDO DICHOS ELEMENTOS BOMBAS IMPELENTES CUYA SALIDA ESTA SITUADA EN CADA CELULA CERCA DEL LADO POR EL QUE LA TIRA ENTRA EN LA CELULA Y SUMINISTRA ELECTROLITO AL INTERIOR DE LA CELULA.
