EL ANTIBIOTICO SE EXTRAE DEL CULTIVO CON UN ESTER DE ALQUILO INFERIOR INMISCIBLE EN AGUA, UN HIDROCARBURO POLIHALOGENADO INFERIOR A UN ALCOHOL SUPERIOR Y SE REALIZA SU PURIFICACION POR CROMATOLOGIA DE EXCLUSION (DEXTRANO).
