PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE FILAMENTOS DE POLIETILENO CON MODULO Y RESISTENCIA A LA TRACCION ELEVADOS. CONSISTE EN HILAR UNA SOLUCION QUE CONTIENE UN MATERIAL DE CARGA DE UN POLIETILENO LINEAL CON UN PESO MOLECULAR MEDIO PONDERAL DE 400.000 COMO MINIMO, Y EN ESTIRAR POSTERIORMENTE LOS FILAMENTOS FORMADOS. LA SOLUCION DE POLIETILENO CONTIENE ENTRE EL 5 Y 60% EN VOLUMEN DE MATERIAL DE CARGA, CALCULADO CON RELACION AL POLIETILENO. ANTES DE REALIZAR EL ESTIRADO DE LOS FILAMENTOS SE ELIMINA POR EVAPORACION O LAVADO UNA PARTE SUSTANCIAL DEL DISOLVENTE, PUDIENDO LLEGARSE HASTA UN 50% EN PESO, EL RESTO SE ELIMINA DURANTE EL ALARGAMIENTO O DESPUES DE LA OPERACION DE ESTIRADO.
