BLUMEI", CON UN CARRAGEENANO, TAL COMO UN CARRAGEENANO QUE CONTENGA ALGO DE KAPPA-CARREGEENANO, EN UNA RELACION DE 20 : 1 A 1 : 20 DEL PRIMERO RESPECTO DEL SEGUNDO. SE INCORPORA EL PRODUCTO COMESTIBLE. SE DISUELVE LA MEZCLA EN UNA FASE ACUOSA CALIENTE HASTA UNA CONCENTRACION DE GLUCOMANANO Y CARREGEENANO DE 0,5 POR 100 EN PESO.
