PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN PLASMIDO QUE CODIFICA PARA LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS DEL INTERFERON DE FIBROBLASTOS HUMANOS. CONSISTE EN LA ACTIVACION DE FIBROBLASTOS HUMANOS, EN PRESENCIA DE UN INHIBIDOR DE SINTESIS DE PROTEINAS PARA FORMAR EL AMRN DE INTERFERON, SEPARCION Y PURIFICACION DE ESTE; OBTENCION DE UNA DOBLE HEBRA DE ARN-ADN MEDIANTE ENZIMA TRANSCRIPTASA INVERSA; HIDROLISIS DE ESTA DOBLE HEBRA PARA SEPARAR EL ARN Y FORMACION DE LA DOBLE HEBRA ADN-ADN; ALARGAMIENTO DEL ADN EN 3'' CON UN DESOXINUCLEOTIDO E INCORPORACION EN UN PLASMIDO; FINALMENTE, UNION DEL ADN Y EL PLASMIDO PARA FORMAR UN NUEVO PLASMIDO QUE CONTIENE LA INFORMACION GENETICA DESEDA.
