UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE 1,2-BIS(NICOTINAMIDO)PROPANO. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR ACIDO NICOTINICO O UN DERIVADO REACTIVO DEL MISMO EN SU GRUPO CARBOXILO CON 1,2-DIAMINOPROPANO A UNA TEMOERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE -10 Y 50 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS. EL DERIVADO DEL ACIDO NICOTINICO SE SELECCIONA ENTRE UN HALURO DE ACIDO, ANHIDRIDO DE ACIDO Y ANHIDRIDO DE ACIDO NICOTINICO CON OTRO ACIDO. LA REACCION TIENE LUGAR EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE TAL COMO LA PIRIDINA, TETRAHIDROFURANO, DIOXANO Y SUS MEZCLAS. LA REACCION MOLR DEL 1,2-DIAMINOPROPANO A ACIDO NICOTINICO O SU DERIVADO ES DE 1:2,3-5.
