PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE SALES DE LA (+)-CATEQUINA. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR LA (+)-CATEQUINA CON UN ACIDO AMINADO BASICO ELEGIDO DEL GRUPO FORMADO POR LA L-LISIMA Y LA L-ARGININA. OPCIONALMENTE SE HACE REACCIONAR LA (+)-CATEQUINA CON UNO DE LOS ACIDOS ANTERIORES Y UN ACIDO MINERAL U ORGANICO TAL COMO EL ACIDO MINERAL CLORHIDRICO, EL ACETICO, EL ASCORBICO Y EL CITRICO; PARA EVITAR LA ISOMERIZACION SE CALIENTA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 30 Y 65 GC.
