CONSISITE EN CONTACTO FOSFATO DE CALCIO CON ACIDO FLUOROSULFONICO EN EXCESO, OBTENIENDOSE ASI PENTAFLUORURO DE FOSFORO Y OXICLORURO DE FOSFORO EN PRESENCIA DE AGUA, QUE ACTUA COMO CATALIZADOR. SE SEPARAN LOS COMPUESTOS DE FOSFORO VOLATILES DEL ACIDO FLUOROSULFONICO EN EXCESO Y DEL FOSFATO CALCICO SOBRANTE. POSTERIORMENTE SE HIDROLIZAN LOS COMPUESTOS DE FOSFORO VOLATILES PARA PRODUCIR ACIDO FOSFORICO Y FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO; POR ULTIMO SE CONDENSA EL FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO PARA SEPARAR LOS GASES NO DESEADOD EN LA HIDROLISIS.
