PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR PENTAFLUORURO DE FOSFORO. CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO FOSFATO DE CALCIO CON ACIDO FLUOROSULFURICO EN EXCESO, EN PRESENCIA DE AGUA QUE ACTUA COMO CATALIZADOR. POSTERIORMENTE SE CONVIERTE EL FOSFATO EN PENTAFLUORURO DE FOSFORO Y OXIFLUORURO DE FOSFORO, SE SEPARAN LOS COMPUESTOS DE FOSFORO VOLATILES DEL ACIDO FLUOROSULFONICO EN EXCESO Y DE LA MATERIA RESIDUAL Y POR ULTIMO, SE RECUPERA EL PENTAFLUORURO DE FOSFORO.
