Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de polvos para lavado portadores de aclaradores ópticos, esencialmente estabilizados y mejorados, caracterizado porque comprende en su realización, una primera fase en la que se disuelve o dispersa a una temperatura entre la ambiente y la de ebullición de la dispersión, preferentemente entre 20º y 80ºC, uno o varios de los aclaradores ópticos de la fórmula general **fórmula ** o de la fórmula **fórmula** dónde R1 significa hidrógeno o cloro y M significa hidrógeno o un ión de metal alcalino o de sal amónica o amínica. Con una composición acuosa que contiene a lo menos un polímero en proporción del 0,01% en peso, esencialmente constituido por alcohol polivinílico preferentemente con un grado de hidrólisis de 80 a 100% y viscosidad de 3 a 66 cps o una polivinilpirrolidona soluble en agua o hinchable con peso molecular preferentemente de 10.000 a 360.000 , eventualmente en presencia de polietilenglicoles tensioactivos que contienen grupos etilenoxílicos y/o propilenoxilicos y/o éteres de celulosa, y en una segunda fase del proceso se incorpora la solución dispersión antes obtenida a una lechada de polvo detergente, secando a continuación el producto formado, preferentemente por aspersión u opcionalmente, después de incorporar otros componentes del detergente, proyectando o rociando por aspersión sobre un polvo detergente bruto desecado, o bien, la solución o dispersión obtenida en la primera fase se seca hasta polvo, por ejemplo secando por aspersión y el polvo fino portador del aclarador se suspende en agua y después se incorpora la suspensión a la lechada del detergente y se seca, ésta preferentemente por aspersión mediante aire caliente.
