Abstract

1. Un dispositivo de molde para producir piezas moldeadas a partir de material plástico, que comprende una parte de molde intermedia y un par de moldes exteriores a lados opuestos de la parte de molde intermedia, definiendo cada parte de molde exterior una cavidad de molde juntamente con la cara adyacente de la parte de molde juntamente con la cara adyacente de la parte de molde intermedia, siendo las partes de molde intermedia y exteriores relativamente movibles a lo largo de un eje geométrico del molde entre una posición cerrada, en la que las partes de molde exteriores se aplican a la parte de molde intermedia, y una posición abierta en la que las partes de molde están separadas, teniendo la parte de molde intermedia bebederos que se extienden desde un canal de alimentación previsto en una de las partes de molde exteriores hasta las cavidades de molde, caracterizado porque la parte de molde intermedia comprende dos miembros de parte de molde acoplados entre sí y con la parte de molde exterior adyacente respectiva, y movibles para acercarse y separarse uno con respecto a otro al producirse respectivamente el cierre y la apertura del molde, porque las caras que confrontan de los miembros de parte de molde definen una cavidad de alimentación, que comunica con el canal de alimentación, que comunica con el canal de alimentación, y secciones de los bebederos, y porque los miembros de parte de molde montan entre ellos un extractor que, en la posición cerrada del molde, se extiende dentro de la cavidad de alimentación con el fin de quedar rodeado por el compuesto de plástico introducido en el molde, y que es movible con respecto a los miembros de parte de molde en dirección paralela al eje geométrico del molde.
