Abstract

Procedimiento mejorado para la preparación de cloro-amino-striazinas por reacción de cloruro de cianurilo con aminas o alfa-aminonitrilos en presencia de un agente fijador de ácido, caracterizado porque se incorpora cloruro de cianurilo liquido, que preferentemente esta exento de cloro y de cloruro de cianógeno, en su margen de fusión, eventualmente en presencia de un gas inerte, por rociado en un recipiente de forma tubular a través de una boquilla, preferentemente una boquilla rociadora, que se encuentra en la cabeza de un recipiente de forma tubular, estando cerrado o siendo cerrable este recipiente de forma tubular en la parte superior y estrechandose hacia abajo en forma de pecho para formar un orificio de salida, y en el que el otro u otros componentes de reacción salen a través de una o preferentemente varias boquillas, preferentemente boquillas de chorro plano, que se encuentran por encima del estrechamiento y que consiste en uno o varios órganos rociadores dispuestos tangencialmente en una o varias filas, que están orientados ligeramente hacia arriba en dirección del cierre superior o de la boquilla que se encuentra en la parte superior, y forma un capa de liquido a lo largo de la totalidad de las paredes de la camara hasta la boquilla para el cloruro de cianurilo, siendo el espesor de esta capa junto al estrechamiento en forma de pecho mayor que junto a las demás paredes de la cámara y en la que entra el cloruro de cianurilo atomizado.
