Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de carcasas, especialmente de vehículos, uniéndose entre sí por formar dos elementos de pared desarrollados de construcción compuesta, caracterizado porque una placa portante especialmente plana que en sus dimensiones corresponde preferentemente a la superficie lateral de la carcasa a fabricar, se une por fuerza y por forma, especialmente bajo vacío, con elementos de aislamiento y/o de apoyo correspondientes a las dimensiones de los elementos de pared planos; se aplica una capa adhesiva sobre la placa portante, tras lo cual los elementos de aislamiento y/o apoyo puestos sobre la placa portante se ponen en la deseada situación angular entre sí mediante una conformación de la placa portante; y porque a continuación el espacio hueco entre la placa portante y los elementos de aislamiento y/o los elementos de apoyo, delimitado en caso dado por un cuerpo moldeado puesto en la zona de la placa de apoyo, se llena con espuma de material sintético para formar la parte portante y una carcasa o bien parte de carcasa de una pieza.
