Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una bobina de encendido para vehículos automóviles aislada con material sintético termoplástico, consistente en arrollamiento primario y secundario aislados, con núcleo de hierro y dispuestos en una caja metálica, que está cerrada por una tapa conformada como boquilla de paso de alta tensión, caracterizado porque los arrollamientos primario y secundario, envueltos en papel aceitado, se colocan en un útil de moldeo por inyección, y se recubren por extrusión con un material sintético termoplástico, en calidad de aislamiento.
