Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de nuevas 5-alquiltiopirimidinas de fórmula (I) **(Fórmula-01)** en la cual R1 es un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, X1 es un átomo de cloro o de bromo, X3 es un grupo NH2 y X2 es un grupo N R2 R3 en donde R2 y R3 son grupos alquilo idénticos R'' caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar una 2,4,5- trihalo-5-alquiltio pirimidina de fórmula: **(Fórmula-02)** en la cual X es un átomo de cloro o bromo y R1 es un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, con un amina terciaria de fórmula N((R'')3 y luego se condensa la 4,6-dihalo-5- alquiltio pirimidina así obtenida con amoniaco.
