Abstract
Un procedimiento para poner en contacto sustancias que se presentan en al menos dos fases diferentes, por formación de un flujo turbulento vorticial simétrico, introducción de al menos una fase según el eje de revolución de dicho flujo hasta la zona de depresión engendrada por el flujo turbulento vorticial, estando la velocidad de la fase axial comprendida entre 0,03 y 3 m/s, y siendo la cantidad de movimiento de la fase de flujo turbulento vorticial de al menos 100 veces, y preferiblemente de 1000 a 10000 veces, la de la fase axial, de modo que la fase axial se desintegra y se dispersa por transferencia de la cantidad de movimiento de flujo turbulento vorticial, caracterizado por el hecho de provocar un enfriamiento en la periferia de la zona de contacto de las fases.
