Abstract
Procedimiento y dispositivo de mezclado de productos en forma de al menos dos fases, separación y recuperación de los productos obtenidos, procedimiento según el cual se ponen las fases en contacto por medio de un deslizamiento pozo-torbellino, introduciendo en una primera zona cilíndrica al menos una fase en forma de una corriente de trayectorias helicoidales que presentan un eje de repetición con respecto al menos un plano que pasa por el eje de esta corriente y que constituye un deslizamiento simétrico, introduciéndose al menos otra fase en forma de una corriente rectilínea cuyo eje es el de la corriente helicoidal y después confinando la corriente helicoidal por paso por una zona que presenta una sección restringida, formando la cantidad de movimiento de los elementos de volumen de la fase, la corriente helicoidal que presenta a la altura de la sección mínima de la zona de sección restringida una cantidad de movimiento al menos igual a 100 veces la cantidad de movimiento de los elementos de volumen de la fase que constituye la corriente rectilínea, a fin de provocar el encuentro de las dos corrientes de tal forma que las trayectorias procedentes de la corriente rectilínea se confundan con las trayectorias procedentes de la corriente helicoidal en una tercera zona de contacto, se lleva las trayectorias comunes a la diferentes fases para que se deslicen sobre una superficie cilíndrica, permaneciendo la mezcla en contacto con dicha superficie bajo la acción de la fuerza centrífuga, conferida por el movimiento helicoidal, y después porque se provoca la separación de las fases por una brusca variación del campo de velocidades de al menos una fase, manteniendo a la vez la dirección general de los deslizamientos de las fases, y finalmente porque se recupera los productos de las fases.
