액체 혼합물의 분리방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공정의 일반적인 유통도이고,
제2도 및 3도는 각각 용매 탈납장치와 아스팔트 제거장치의 유통도임.

Claims (7)

  1. 성분 B가 용해하고 성분 A는 잘 용해하지 않는 추출제와 혼합물을 접촉시키고, 용해된 성분 B를 함유하는 추출제로부터 성분 A를 분리한 다음, 마지막으로 추출제로부터 성분 B를 분리하므로써 액체혼합물중 2성분 A와 B를 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 흐름이 유지될 수 있는 막의 양면중 한면을 따라 혼합유체가 통과되는 반면, 다른 한면을 따라서는 용해된 성분 B를 함유하고 미리 제조된 추출제 유체가 통과되고, 추출제를 함유하는 성분 A와 B의 혼합물이 적어도 부분적으로 분리기로 통과되어 용해된 성분 B를 함유하는 추출제로부터 성분 A가 분리되며, 이에 따라 막의 다른 면을 따라 흐르게 될 유체를 형성하는것을 특징으로 하는 액체혼합물의 분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 막이 성분 B에 의해 침투되고, 성분 B의 농도가 추출제 함유 유체에서보다 성분 A와 B의 혼합물에서 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 추출제를 적어도 부분적으로 흡수한 성분 A와 B의 혼합물중 일부가 성분 A와 B의 혼합유체로 재도입된 후 막의 한면을 따라 다시 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 막의 다른 면을 따라 통과되는 용해성분 B를 함유하는 추출제의 유체중 일부가 용해성분 B를 함유하는 추출제으 유체로 제도입된 후 다시 막의 다른면을 따라 통과 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느하나에 있어서, 수많은 막이 일렬로 배열되고, 어떤 막의 한면을 따라 통과된 성분 A와 B의 유체가 그 다음막의 한면을 따라 계속 통과되고, 동시에 어떤 막의 다른면을 따라 통과된 용해성분 B를 함유하는 추출제의 유체가 그 앞에있는 막의 다른면을 따라 계속 통과되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 실시예에 기재되고 도면에 도시된 바와같은 액체 혼합물의 분리방법.
  7. 상술한 청구범위들중 어느 한 항의 방법을 따라서 성분 A와 B의 혼합물로부터 분리된 성분 A 혹은 B.
