Abstract

Máquina para el desmenuzado de la paja, que comporta una envolvente en cuyo interior se hallan dispuestos unas cuchillas rotativas destinadas a triturar los tallos de paja, introducidos preferentemente en forma e balas a través de un canal de entrada, unas boquillas destinadas a rociar la paja triturada con un líquido de reacción, por ejemplo con sosa cáustica, y un ventilador para la evacuación de la paja triturada y rociada, caracterizada porque las cuchillas rotativas (19) están dispuestas circularmente sobre un soporte (21) de cuchillas y sobresaliendo de este soporte en dirección a los tallos de paja alimentados, colaborando las citadas cuchillas rotativas con unas contra-cuchillas (18) estacionarias, porque , dentro de las cuchillas rotativas (19) se ha previsto un dispositivo de recepción (24) que desvía a los tallos de paja alimentados y los guía en dirección a las cuchillas (18,19), y porque las boquillas de rociado (25) están dispuestas de manera que proyectan al líquido de reacción en la corriente del aire del ventilador.
