Abstract
Un procedimiento para separar un contaminante a partir de una mezcla de ácido cianúrico y un disolvente inerte, mezcla denominada (i), teniendo dicho disolvente un punto de ebullición de al menos l80ºC a una presión inferior a la atmosférica comprendida entre 0 y 250 mm de Hg, y que disuelve la urea y el biuret, y siendo sustancialmente incapaz de disolver el ácido cianúrico, y siendo dicho contaminante al menos uno de urea, biuret, y mezclas (ii) de ellos, en una cantidad comprendida entre 0,01 y 5 por ciento en peso de dicha mezcla, caracterizado por destilar dicha mezcla (i) a una temperatura comprendida entre 150ºC y 250ºC y a una presión comprendida entre 70 y 170 mm de Hg, y separar un destilado a partir de que comprende dicho disolvente inerte, dicho contaminante,. y el producto de reacción de dicho contaminante de ácido cianúrico resultante.
