Abstract

The container is fitted with an end loading door and a side panel (2). The floor conveyor (3) is fitted onto a loading platform (4) by rolling it out of the container. The fork lift truck is used to load or unload the container. The conveyor is made up of a floor supported by side channels and Tee-pieces in between. The Tees and channels support bearings which carry a number of rollers (19) in line. The rows of rollers are evenly spaced along the under side of the floor.
