Abstract

The bulk goods transport vehicle mounted on e.g. a semi-trailer chassis has a framework along each side with panels which can be swung down far side access, supporting a canopy over the top which can be rolled back for top access, and which can also be unloaded from the ends. For side access, particularly for loading and unloading with a fork lift truck, side panels can be removed, and selected uprights (40) removed without disturbing the remainder of the grid supporting the canopy. A latch at the top is released, the side roof members unplugged, and the upright released with a lifting and pivoting action. Roof cross members also have quick releases so that selected members can be removed.
