Abstract

Rampa portuaria de acceso a un buque carretero y su procedimiento de puesta en práctica, en cuya rampa su primera extremidad está soportada en un punto fijo, por ejemplo en tierra por un muelle, y cuya segunda extremidad es soportada por un flotador y está destinada a ser adyacente a dicho buque para realizar una vía de enlace entre el muelle y el buque que permite la carga y la descarga de este último por dicha rampa, estando caracterizada dicha rampa porque el flotador soporta rígidamente dicha segunda extremidad de la rampa y está asociado con medios de anclaje en el fondo que permanecen constantemente unidos al flotador, siendo regulable selectivamente en longitud la unión entre los medios de anclaje y el flotador y siendo la flotabilidad máxima del flotador superior o por lo menos igual al peso de la rampa aumentado en una carga útil máxima predeterminada de la misma, de tal modo que ocupe el flotador, en la posición de servicio de la rampa, una posición de sobre-inmersión en la que ejerce sobre los medios de anclaje antes citados una tracción igual a dicho valor máximo predeterminado de carga útil de la rampa, siendo así la altura de la misma por encima de la superficie del agua independiente de la carga útil soportada para todo valor de carga útil inferior al valor máximo predeterminado.
