Abstract

Obtención de homo o copolímeros hidrosolubles de efecto antitumoral. Ya es conocido que las sales de CuII y CoII copolímeras, complejas, del ácido etilenmaléico son eficaces contra el sarcoma de walker. El monooleato de polietilensorbitano (Tween 80) ya se ha empleado para la inmunización contra el tumor de Ehrlich hiperdiplóide. Asimismo se han comprobado policationes de los más distintos tipos, por ejemplo, poliamidoaminas, poli-N-mofrino-etilacrilamida y N-óxido-polímeros con respecto a la inhibición de la producción de metástasis con el resultado de que solo se pudo influenciar la siembra de células tumorales , pero no el crecimiento de la metástasis in situ o bien las metástasis de los foliculos linfáticos . Los polianiones, por ejemplo, poli-acrilato de amoni, ácido acrílico-acrilamida, así como los copolímeros del anhídrido del ácido etilen-maléico han de poseer en relación con su efecto anti tumoral un efecto similar a la heparina, ademas una inhibición del virus y además incrementar las reacciones de inmunización.
