Abstract

Un aparato perfeccionado para ajustar el error de foco en un sistema óptico de reducción continuamente variable para uso en una máquina copiadora de documentosincluyendo dicho sistema una lentecomprendiendo el aparato: un carro para la lente sobre el cual está montada dicha lente; guías montadas en dicha máquina para soportar dicho carro para la lente y proporcionar una guía para movimiento de la lente; un sistema óptico de posicionamiento para situar en posición dicho carro para la lente a lo largo de dichas guías en posiciones continuamente variables; y medios de ajuste montados en dicho carro para la lente para ajustar la posición de dicho carro para la lente en una primera relación de aumento seleccionada para proporcionar error de foco sustancialmente cero para dicha relación.
