Abstract

Un método de fabricar matrices coladas de metal férrico que comprende las operaciones de colar una matriz inicial (3) de metal no férrico contra un modelo metálico básico (1) en un molde (2), teniendo el metal de dicho modelo básico (1) un punto de fusión sustancialmente no menor que el del metal de colada no férrico de la matriz inicial (3), precalentándose dicho modelo básico (1) y recubriéndose con material refractario inmediatamente antes de dicha colada de la matriz inicial (3), mientras que al colar esta última se introduce el metal no fé3rrico en el molde (2) y contra el modelo básico precalentado y recubierto (1) a una temperatura por debajo del punto de solidificación normal del metal de colada no férrico a fin de reducir al mínimo el choque térmico y la transferencia de calor entre el metal de colada y el modelo básico (1), retirar la matriz inicial colada (3) del molde (2), formar un modelo adicional correspondiente (10) de material refractario ligado en la matriz inicial (3), retirar dicho modelo adicional (10) de la matriz inicial (3) y7 colocarlo en un molde (22), y colara en dicho molde (22) últimamente mencionado y contra dicho modelo adicional (10) de material refractario ligado una matriz colada correspondiente 30 de metal férrico
