Abstract

Estructura estratificada compuesta de un sustrato, una cubierta despegable y una ayuda de desprendimiento para ésta, utilizable particularmente para etiquetas, pegatinas y emplastos, en la que la trabazón entre la cubierta y el sustrato mantiene juntas estas dos partes estructura estratificada, pero permite un nuevo desprendimiento mecánico de la cubierta tirando hacia afuera de ella, habiéndose formado la ayuda de desprendimiento para la cubierta o partes de ella mediante cortes o líneas de rotura teórica dispuestos en la cubierta, caracterizada porque la posición de los cortes o líneas de rotura teórica en la cubierta está configurada geométricamente de tal manera que para cada zona parcial de la cubierta que se ha de desprender, formada por los cortes o líneas de rotura teórica, existe al menos una superficie de agarre que puede ser puesta al descubierto doblando la estructura estratificada plana con formación simultánea de una curvatura cóncava de la superficie plana del sustrato, estando distribuidos los al menos dos puntos de ataque de las fuerzas que general la acción de doblado sobre las zonas parciales de la cubierta de modo que las fuerzas que actuar así perpendicularmente desde el sustrato sobre las superficies de agarre tienen como consecuencia un desprendimiento de las superficies de agarre respecto del sustrato.
