Abstract
Cambiador de calor con un haz de tubos dispuesto en una carcasa, cuyos tubos están fijados en fondos de tubos dispuestos en los extremos y a través de los cuales fluye un primer fluido cambiador de calor, comprendiendo la carcasa un tubo envolvente metálico y dos piezas terminales metálicas y los fondos de los tubos están fijados de manera móvil dentro del marco de la dilatación térmica en las piezas terminales con intercalación de medios de estanqueización, estando las piezas terminales fijada a presión con el tubo envolvente que se encuentra entre ellas a través del cual fluye un segundo fluido cambiador de calor y que presenta empalmes para el segundo fluido cambiador de calor, caracterizado porque las piezas terminales (4, 4'', 27) y el tubo envolvente (3) están dotados en sus extremos opuestos entre sí de bordes doblados (10, 11, 28, 29) dirigidos hacia fuera, siendo el ángulo (Alfa) respecto al eje longitudinal del tubo envolvente (3) y respecto a las piezas terminales (4, 4'', 27) de por lo menos 45º y como máximo de 90º, porque en cada fondo (9) de tubos se ha previsto una junta anular (12, 30) que estanqueiza el fondo (9) de tubos tanto respecto al tubo envolvente (3) como también respecto a la pieza terminal (4, 4'', 27) y se encuentra simultáneamente fijada entre dos bordes doblados (10, 11, 28, 29) opuestos entre sí, y porque se han previsto abrazaderas (13, 14, 31) de fijación que pasan por encima de los bordes doblados (10, 11 y 28, 29) y porque la forma de las abrazaderas (13, 14, 31) de fijación corresponde a la forma de los bordes doblados (10, 11, 28, 29) opuestos entre sí.
