Abstract

1.Dispositivo para la aplicación uniforme de pequeñas cantidades de líquido sobre bandas continuas en movimiento, en particular bandas textiles, con un rodillo perfilado y dos rodillos aplicados al rodillo perfilado desde lados opuestos entre sí y provistos de un revestimiento liso capaz de ceder, siendo conducida la banda a través de una de las rendijas entre los rodillo y sirviendo el tercer rodillo para la transferencia de líquido, caracterizado porque el rodillo perfilado presenta un revestimiento elástico que posee una dureza de 80º a 90º Shore D y cuyo perfilado está formado por estrías periféricas con una distancia axial entre centros de 0,3 a 1,5 mm y una profundidad de 0,3 a 1,5 veces la distancia axial, y porque uno de los otros rodillos presenta incisiones periféricas con una distancia axial de 0,2 mm a 1 mm y una profundidad de 0,5 mm a 1,5mm. 2.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la dureza del rodillo perfilado es de aproximadamente 86º Shore D y las distancias axiales entre centros de las estrías periféricas van de 0,5 mm a 0,9 mm. 3.Dispositivo, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque el tercer rodillo liso y el rodillo que presenta las incisiones periféricas poseen una dureza de 80º a 90º Shore D. 4.Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque el tercer rodillo liso y el rodillo que presenta las incisiones periféricas tienen una dureza de aproximadamente 86º Shore D. 5.Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque el rodillo liso y el rodillo que presenta las incisiones se sumergen parcialmente en una artesa de líquido y la banda es conducida a través de la otra rendija entre rodillos. 6.Dispositivo para la aplicación uniforme de pequeñas cantidades de líquido sobre bandas continuas en movimiento.
