Abstract
1. Una unión angular a inglete para marcos compuestos por barras perfiladas, en especial marcos de ventanas y puertas o similares, con al menos una pieza intercalada, que está recibida en una guía prevista en los lados interiores de las barras perfiladas que han de ser unidas en cada esquina asamblada a inglete, caracterizada porue como guía está prevista una incisión (5, 6), que en cada caso se extiende paralela a los cantos cortados a inglete (9,10) de las dos barras perfiladas (1,2, 31,32) y está dotado de nervios de material (11, 11'' o respectivamente 12, 12'') que limitan con las superficies de corte del inglete, o bien de medios de sujeción similares, y como pieza intercalada, al menos una pieza de apriete (7), que encaja en arrastre de forma y de fuerza por encima de los nervios de material, y que oprime una contra la otra las barras perfiladas (1, 2) que se pretende unir, a lo largo de la línea de corte (9, 10) a inglete. 2. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las incisiones (5, 6) están conformadas a manera de ranuras, que sustancialmente se extienden de manera continua a todo lo largo de los cantos cortados a inglete. 3. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1ó 2, caracterizada porque las ranuras (5, 6) afectan a por lo menos las paredes interiores (1'',2'') de las barras perfiladas (1,2, 31, 32), que corresponden a los lados exteriores del marco (superficies visibles). 4. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque paralelamente opuesta a la ranura (5'', 6'') prevista en la pared interior (1'', 2'') del lado exterior del marco, está dispuesta al menos una segunda ranura (5'''', 6''''), que está practicada en un tabique intermedio (1'''', 2'''') previsto en el interior del perfil. 5. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque las ranuras (5, 6) poseen una sección transversal de forma de cola demilano. 6. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque las ranuras tiene forma de T. 7. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada porque las ranuras tiene forma de U. 8. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque las ranuras (5, 6) desembocan en el lado interior de la moldura del marco, y terminan delante de la pared perfilada del lado exterior de la moldura. 9. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizada porque las ranuras desembocan en el lado exterior de la moldura y terminan delante de la pared perfilada del lado interior de la moldura. 10. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9, caracterizada porque las ranuras que están practicadas mediante mecanización con arranque de virutas. 11. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 10, caracterizada porque las ranuras están practicadas en el marco ya armado. 12. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizada porque las ranuras están practicadas en las diversas barras perfiladas, antes de armarse el marco. 13. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada porque la pieza de apriete (7) posee salientes de sujeción (13 a 16, 13'', 14'') unidos entre sí a través de un puente de nervios (19 a 22) para formar una sola pieza, que están dispuestos a los dos lados del puente de nervios, sobresaliendo de él, y cuyas secciones transversales se corresponden sustancialmente con la forma de la sección transversal de las ranuras (5, 6). 14. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizada porque la pieza de apriete consiste en un material más duro con relación al material de las barras perfiladas del marco. 15. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, caracterizada porque el largo de la pieza de apriete es aproximadamente igual al largo de los cantos cortados a inglete. 16. Una unión angular a inglete con las reivindicaciones 1 a 15, caracterizada porque los salientes de sujeción de la pieza de apriete encajan en las ranuras, poseen un perfilado a manera de retículo (23) o similar, que actúa en contra de la dirección de inserción de la pieza de apriete. 17. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 16, caracterizada porque la pieza de apriete (7) presenta, en su extremo delantero visto en la dirección de inserción, un contorno (26) adaptado al los extremos de las ranuras y, en su extremo posterior, una incisión angular (27) de forma cóncava. 18. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 17, caracterizada porque la boca de entrada (24), formada entre los salientes de sujección, de la pieza de apriete, está ensanchada en su sección transversal en la zona extrema adelantadas en la dirección de inserción. 19. Una unión angular a inglete de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 18, caracterizada porque la pieza de apriete está fijada adicionalmente en las ranuras mediante un pegamento. 20. Una unión angular o inglete para marcos compuestos por barras perfilads, en especial marcos de ventanas y puertas o similares.
