Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para soldar una boquilla de toma con su área de soldadura, que presenta nervios, entre las láminas de plástico flexibles de una bolsa de envase, en el que los bordes exteriores de los nervios del área de soldadura se calientan a la temperatura de soldadura y se disponen en estado fundido entre las zonas marginales de las láminas de plástico de la bolsa, y las láminas se aprietan contra los bordes exteriores de los nervios.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Soldadura de una boquilla de toma
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para soldar una boquilla de toma con su área de soldadura, que presenta nervios, entre las láminas de plástico flexibles de una bolsa de envase.
Por el documento DE 102006 030 234 A1 se conoce el procedimiento consistente en calentar una boquilla de toma (spout) e introducir la misma en estado caliente en una abertura de una bolsa de plástico. Después, la boquilla de toma introducida se suelda con la bolsa dentro de la abertura mediante una aportación de calor adicional. Un procedimiento de este tipo requiere mucho tiempo y trabajo.
El objetivo de la invención consiste en perfeccionar un procedimiento para soldar una boquilla de toma en una bolsa de tal modo que con poco gasto de producción, tiempo y energía se logre una unión muy hermética entre la bolsa de envase y la boquilla de toma.
Este objetivo se logra de acuerdo con la invención de la siguiente manera: los bordes exteriores de los nervios del área de soldadura se calientan a la temperatura de soldadura y se disponen en estado fundido entre las zonas marginales de las láminas de plástico de la bolsa, y las láminas se aprietan contra los bordes exteriores de los nervios.
En este procedimiento no se calienta toda la boquilla de toma a la temperatura de soldadura, sino únicamente los bordes exteriores de los nervios que sobresalen de la boquilla de toma. Una radiación calorífica de este tipo dirigida únicamente a la cara exterior de la boquilla de toma solo ha de ser aplicada muy brevemente para fundir los bordes exteriores de los nervios.
En este contexto resulta especialmente ventajoso que la sección transversal de los bordes exteriores de los nervios se deforme en forma de T cuando éstos son apretados en estado fundido contra la pared interior de las láminas, para de este modo crear una mayor superficie de apoyo en la pared interior de las láminas.
Preferiblemente se propone que los nervios, que sobresalen hacia afuera en el área de soldadura, formen entre sí numerosas cámaras para recoger material plástico fundido. Las cámaras recogen con seguridad la masa fundida desplazada, correspondiendo el tamaño de las cámaras preferiblemente al volumen desplazado, con lo que se crea una superficie lisa entre la lámina y la boquilla de toma o pieza de soldadura y, con ello, un
bonito aspecto liso ideal por la cara exterior. La sección transversal vertical de las cámaras puede tener una forma circular, ovalada, rectangular o rómbica.
Preferiblemente, el área de soldadura de la boquilla de toma configura nervios cuyos bordes exteriores se funden por el calentamiento, y las superficies interiores de las láminas de la bolsa se aprietan sobre los bordes exteriores fundidos. Además se propone que la boquilla de toma y al menos las superficies interiores de las áreas marginales de las láminas consistan en el mismo plástico o en el mismo tipo de plástico, y que las láminas de una, dos o más capas de la bolsa de envase consistan en el mismo plástico o en el mismo tipo de plástico que el de la boquilla de toma. De este modo se puede lograr una alta pureza de variedad de la bolsa de envase.
Las ventajas arriba mencionadas también se logran de forma óptima si el calentamiento de los bordes exteriores de los nervios del área de soldadura a la temperatura de soldadura tiene lugar sin contacto a través de calor radiante o de rayos láser. Esto reduce además la formación de vapores y gases durante el calentamiento.
En los dibujos están representados en perspectiva ejemplos de realización del área de soldadura de la boquilla de toma según la invención. Se muestran

La invención se refiere a una boquilla de toma de plástico para bolsas de envase, tal como está descrita por ejemplo en el documento DE 10 2007 029 541 A1 y en el documento DE 102010006426 B4. En los dibujos adjuntos de la Figura 1 a la Figura 7 está representada únicamente el área de soldadura 1 en forma de lanzadera, que está conformada en la boquilla de vertido tubular que se puede cerrar mediante un tapón de rosca, que se puede enroscar con su rosca interior sobre la rosca exterior de la boquilla de vertido.
Una boquilla de toma de este tipo se suelda con su área de soldadura 1 entre las dos paredes laterales de la bolsa de lámina de plástico. Para ello, los dos lados del área de soldadura disponen de nervios 2 curvados horizontales (cuando el eje de la boquilla de toma tubular es vertical) que sobresalen lateralmente, sobre cuyos bordes exteriores 3 se suelda la superficie interior de las paredes laterales de la bolsa. En la realización representada en la Figura 1, los nervios 2 están formados por cuatro superficies 4 horizontales en forma de lanzadera o de rombo, que se extienden paralelas una sobre otra a distancias iguales y que forman entre las mismas tres espacios intermedios 5. A través del centro de las cuatro superficies 4 se extiende la boquilla de vertido 6 tubular. En la realización según la Figura 2, los tres espacios 5 están cerrados lateralmente por las paredes laterales 7.
Para soldar las paredes laterales de la bolsa de envase en el área de soldadura 1 de la boquilla de toma, los bordes exteriores 3 de los nervios 2 del área de soldadura se calientan a la temperatura de soldadura y se disponen en estado fundido entre las zonas marginales de las láminas de plástico de la bolsa, y las láminas se aprietan contra los bordes exteriores 3 de los nervios 2. En este contexto no se ha de calentar toda el área de soldadura, sino que solo es necesario calentar los bordes exteriores 3 de los nervios 2 hasta que se fundan. A este respecto es importante que la sección transversal de los bordes exteriores de los nervios se deforme en forma de T cuando éstos son apretados en estado fundido contra la pared interior de las láminas, para de este modo crear una mayor superficie de apoyo en la pared interior de las láminas.
En las realizaciones representadas en las Figuras 3 a 7, las dos caras exteriores 9 verticales de las áreas de soldadura 1 constituyen numerosas cámaras 8 en forma de escotaduras abiertas hacia afuera, cada una de ellas con una superficie de fondo 8a plana vertical retrasada y un borde 8b que rodea la superficie de fondo y que está configurado con forma circular, ovalada, rectangular o rómbica, de modo que la sección transversal vertical de las cámaras es circular, ovalada, rectangular o rómbica. De esta
forma, cada una de las dos caras exteriores 9 verticales está dividida en numerosas cámaras 8 abiertas hacia afuera, que cubren el área de soldadura 1 distribuidas de modo uniforme y que forman entre sí los nervios 2, cuyos bordes exteriores 3 se funden tal como se explica más arriba. Al apretar la pared lateral de la bolsa sobre los nervios 2, el material plástico fundido de los nervios 2 entra a presión lateralmente en las cámaras 8, de modo que después la superficie exterior 9 o la pared lateral del área de soldadura constituye una capa uniforme con la pared interior de la lámina de bolsa.
La cantidad, el tamaño, la forma y la profundidad de las cámaras 8 dependen de la cantidad de material plástico fundido producido que ha de ser recogido por las cámaras. Cuando se produce una superficie ininterrumpida uniforme de masa de plástico fundido, se logra una función de adherencia óptima.
Resulta especialmente ventajoso que el calentamiento de los bordes exteriores 3 de los nervios 2 del área de soldadura a la temperatura de soldadura tenga lugar mediante rayos láser. Alternativamente, esto también puede tener lugar mediante calor radiante. Para ello se disponen cuerpos calientes a lo largo de los contornos de los bordes 3. En las dos alternativas de calentamiento se evita en gran medida la formación de vapores y gases.
Claims (9)
1. Procedimiento para soldar una boquilla de toma con su área de soldadura (1), que presenta nervios, entre las láminas de plástico flexibles de una bolsa de envase, caracterizado por que los bordes exteriores (3) de los nervios (2) del área de soldadura se calientan a la temperatura de soldadura y se disponen en estado fundido entre las zonas marginales de las láminas de plástico de la bolsa, y las láminas se aprietan contra los bordes exteriores (3) de los nervios (2).
2. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por que la sección transversal de los bordes exteriores (3) de los nervios (2) se deforma en forma de T cuando éstos son apretados en estado fundido contra la pared interior de las láminas, para de este modo crear una mayor superficie de apoyo en la pared interior de las láminas.
3. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado por que los nervios (2), que sobresalen hacia afuera en el área de soldadura (1), forman entre sí numerosas cámaras (8) para recoger material plástico fundido.
4. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por que la sección transversal vertical de las cámaras (8) tiene una forma circular, ovalada, rectangular o rómbica.
5. Procedimiento según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por que el área de soldadura (1) de la boquilla de toma configura nervios (2) cuyos bordes exteriores se funden por el calentamiento, y las superficies interiores de las láminas de la bolsa se aprietan sobre los bordes exteriores (3) fundidos.
6. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1 o 2, caracterizado por que la boquilla de toma y al menos las superficies interiores de las áreas marginales de las láminas consisten en el mismo plástico o en el mismo tipo de plástico.
7. Procedimiento según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por que las láminas de una, dos o más capas de la bolsa de envase consisten en el mismo plástico o en el mismo tipo de plástico que el de la boquilla de toma.
8. Procedimiento según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por que el plástico de las láminas de la bolsa de envase y de la boquilla de toma consiste en una poliolefina, preferiblemente en polietileno o en polipropileno.
9. Procedimiento según una de las reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado por que el calentamiento de los bordes exteriores (3) de los nervios (2) del área de soldadura a la temperatura de soldadura tiene lugar sin contacto a través de calor radiante o de rayos láser.
