Horno con solera de rodillos (101) para calentar piezas de trabajo (102), que comprende, al menos, una cámara de horno (103) para alojar las piezas de trabajo (102) con al menos dos paredes de horno laterales (108, 108'), estando dispuesto dentro de la cámara de horno (103) al menos un rodillo de transporte (106) para transportar las piezas de trabajo (102) a través de la cámara de horno (103) y presentando las paredes de horno (108, 108') en cada caso al menos una abertura (301), a través de la cual puede hacerse pasar el rodillo de transporte (106) y estando dispuesta en una cara exterior de las paredes de horno (108, 108') en cada caso al menos una unidad de rodamiento (111), que está configurada para alojar y soportar el rodillo de transporte (106) por fuera de la cámara de horno (103), caracterizado por que el horno con solera de rodillos (101) presenta un sistema de barrido (110) para la unidad de rodamiento (111), que está configurado para conducir un gas de barrido a través de la unidad de rodamiento (111), pudiendo conducirse el gas de barrido desde una cara de la unidad de rodamiento (111) orientada en sentido opuesto a la pared de horno (108, 108') a través de la unidad de rodamiento (111) y a través de la abertura (301) de la pared de horno (108, 108') hacia el interior de la cámara de horno (103) del horno con solera de rodillos (101) y pudiendo proporcionarse el gas de barrido con una presión mayor que una presión interna en la cámara de horno (103) del horno con solera de rodillos (101), comprendiendo el sistema de barrido (110) un sistema de tuberías (305) para alimentar el gas de barrido a la unidad de rodamiento (111) y estando dispuesto el sistema de tuberías (305) en la cara exterior de la pared de horno (108, 108') del horno con solera de rodillos (101) y comprendiendo la unidad de rodamiento (111) un rodamiento interior (201), junto al cual está dispuesto un rodamiento exterior (201'), de tal modo que ambos rodamientos (201, 201') forman una pareja de rodamientos, y estando dispuesto el rodamiento interior (201) más cerca de la cara exterior de la pared de horno (108, 108') del horno con solera de rodillos (101) que el rodamiento exterior (201'), y por que entre los dos rodamientos (201, 201') de la pareja de rodamientos se forma un espacio hueco (302), estando dispuesto un elemento de estanqueidad (303) en una cara del rodamiento exterior (201') orientada hacia el espacio hueco (302) formado entre los dos rodamientos (201, 201') de la pareja de rodamientos.
