Abstract

Aparato eléctrico de cocción que comprende una placa calentadora inferior dispuesta en un plano horizontal y una placa calentadora superior que está unida a la placa inferior por dos charnelas o bisagras situadas, respectivamente, en dos lados opuestos de las placas y que comprenden, cada una, una corredera vertical montada en una placa y que recibe un pivote montado en la otra placa, estando así la placa superior no sólo montada pivotante con relación a la placa inferior alrededor de un eje horizontal, sino siendo también desplazable en altura con relación a la placa inferior y susceptible de ser mantenida a una altura predeterminada en posición horizontal por un dispositivo de retención, caracterizado porque el dispositivo de retención comprende dos topes montados, respectivamente, en dichos lados opuestos de una de las placas y móviles en un plano horizontal de manera que ocupen, así, una posición activa, en la que entran en contacto, respectivamente, con dos apoyos solidarios de la otraplaca, para mantener dicha placa superior a dicha altura predeterminada, o bien una posición inactiva, en la que son ocultados o retirados, permitiendo el desplazamiento libre de la placa superior según la altura de la corredera.
