Abstract

Una tableta entérica que comprende: 1) una tableta núcleo compuesta de 4-[2-(4-metilfenilsulfanil) fenil]piperidina o una de sus sales, y 2) una capa de recubrimiento entérico que comprende a) uno o más tipos de componentes poliméricos seleccionados entre copolímero de ácido metacrílico, ftalato de hipromelosa, succinato de acetato de hipromelosa, ftalato de acetato de celulosa y ftalato de acetato polivinílico y b) talco en una proporción de 10 a 25 % por peso de dicho componente polimérico y c) básicamente sin componente alcalino, en donde el peso del componente polimérico respecto al área superficial de la tableta núcleo es de 4 a 8 mg/cm2.
