Abstract

Un sistema (10) para limpiar pezones (126) de animales productores de leche, en el que los animales están alojados en una sala de ordeño (24) y los pezones (126) se limpian o desinfectan antes de iniciar una operación de ordeño, comprendiendo el sistema: una fuente de solución desinfectante (15); un aplicador manual (26) que tiene un volumen de alojamiento (84) dentro del que están situados uno o más elementos de fregado (86) para acoplarse a un pezón (126) del animal productor de leche que se ha insertado en el volumen (84) para la limpieza; una estación de suministro (14) en comunicación de fluido con el aplicador manual (26) y la fuente de solución desinfectante (15), para suministrar la solución desinfectante al volumen de alojamiento (84) del aplicador manual (26) con una concentración predeterminada de dióxido de cloro; un controlador (130), en comunicación eléctrica con el aplicador manual (26) y la estación de suministro (14), que está configurado para iniciar el accionamiento de los elementos de fregado (86) y el suministro de la solución desinfectante (15) al aplicador manual (26) en cuanto se accionan los elementos de fregado (86); y en el que el aplicador manual (26) puede funcionar remotamente con respecto a la fuente de solución desinfectante (15), caracterizado por que la fuente de desinfectante es una fuente de solución desinfectante acuosa de dióxido de cloro (15) proporcionada en la sala de ordeño, incluyendo la fuente de solución desinfectante acuosa de dióxido de cloro una solución desinfectante acidificada de clorito de sodio (15), en donde dicha solución desinfectante (15) tiene una viscosidad y/o una presión de vapor sustancialmente iguales a la del agua.
