Abstract
Un disyuntor de carcasa moldeada que comprende: una carcasa externa superior (30); una carcasa externa inferior (40); en el que el disyuntor de carcasa moldeada comprende además: una barrera de aislamiento intermedia (60) que tiene un lado cóncavo y que está formada de manera integral con la carcasa externa superior y para dividir un compartimento inferior (20) y un compartimento superior (10), en el que el compartimento superior está formado por la barrera de aislamiento intermedia y las paredes de la carcasa externa superior presente por encima de la barrera de aislamiento intermedia, y en el que el compartimento inferior está formado por la barrera de aislamiento intermedia, la carcasa externa superior presente por debajo de la barrera de aislamiento intermedia y las paredes de la carcasa externa inferior; una unidad de circuito principal (21, 22, 23) presente en el compartimento inferior y configurada para abrir o cerrar un circuito que tiene un contactor estacionario (21) y un contactor móvil (22) que puede hacerse rotar para contactar con, o separarse de, el contactor estacionario; un mecanismo de conmutación (50) presente en el compartimento superior y que tiene una posición abierta donde el mecanismo de conmutación está conectado a la unidad de circuito principal para accionar la unidad de circuito principal para abrir un circuito, y una posición de cierre donde el mecanismo de conmutación acciona la unidad de circuito principal para cerrar un circuito; caracterizado por un mecanismo de disparo instantáneo (1, 2, 3) presente en el compartimento superior, y accionado por una atracción electromagnética generada directamente por una corriente de falta en un circuito con el fin de activar el mecanismo de conmutación en la posición abierta; y por que la barrera de aislamiento intermedia se instala habitualmente para tres fases entre el compartimento superior y el compartimento inferior para el aislamiento eléctrico dividiendo el compartimento inferior que tiene la unidad de circuito principal y el compartimento superior que tiene el mecanismo de disparo instantáneo y el mecanismo de conmutación.
