Abstract
Un método para predecir la posición postoperatoria de una lente intraocular de reemplazo en un ojo de un paciente, caracterizado por que el método comprende las etapas de: (i) determinar la posición del cristalino existente en el ojo preoperatorio del paciente; (ii) determinar el espesor del cristalino en el ojo preoperatorio del paciente; y (iii) predecir la posición postoperatoria de la lente intraocular en relación con la posición del cristalino en el ojo preoperatorio del paciente, como proporción del espesor del cristalino en el ojo preoperatorio del paciente, en el que la proporción se define por una única constante numérica (C) que se determina por el tipo de lente intraocular.
