Abstract
Un disco con al menos un elemento de conexión eléctrica, que comprende: - un sustrato (1), - una estructura eléctricamente conductora (2) sobre una zona del sustrato (1), - un elemento de conexión (3), que se configura como botón de presión y contiene un acero que contiene cromo, y - una capa de una masa de soldadura (4), que une eléctricamente el elemento de conexión (3) al menos con una parte de la estructura eléctricamente conductora (2) en donde el sustrato (1) contiene vidrio de cal y sosa, en donde la diferencia entre los coeficientes de expansión térmica del sustrato (1) y los coeficientes de expansión térmica del elemento de conexión (3) < 5 x 10-6/ºC.

Ejemplo comparativo
El ejemplo comparativo se llevó a cabo exactamente como el ejemplo. La diferencia se encontraba en el uso de otro
5 material para el elemento de conexión 3. El elemento de conexión 3 estaba constituido al 100% en peso de titanio. El elemento de conexión 3 presentaba por tanto una menor conductividad térmica, un menor coeficiente de expansión térmica y una menor diferencia de coeficientes de expansión térmica entre el elemento de conexión 3 y el sustrato 1. Se desprenden de la tabla 2 los componentes del elemento de conexión eléctrica 3 y de la masa de soldadura 4. El elemento de conexión 3 se soldó con la estructura eléctricamente conductora 2 según
10 procedimientos convencionales mediante la masa de soldadura 4. En la salida de la masa de soldadura 4 del espacio entre el elemento de conexión eléctrica 3 y la estructura eléctricamente conductora 2, que supera el grosor de capa t de 50 µm, se obtuvo una anchura de salida promedio b = 2 mm a 3 mm. La menor conductividad térmica del material para el elemento de conexión 3 condujo en el ejemplo comparativo a un calentamiento menos uniforme del elemento de conexión durante el proceso de soldadura.
15 Con una diferencia de temperatura repentina de +80° C a -30° C se observaba que los sustratos de vidrio 1 presentan mayormente daños poco después de la soldadura.
