Abstract

Стеклянную подложку можно обрабатывать при высоких температурах практически без потери его свойств термического упрочнения и без деформации. В некоторых примерах стеклянная подложка проявляет повышенную температуру отжига и/или температуру размягчения по сравнению со стандартными стеклянными подложками. В некоторых примерах стеклянная подложка включает относительно высокое количество СаО и/или MgO, и/или относительно низкое количество NaO по сравнению с традиционным стеклом на натриево-кальциево-силикатной основе. В зависимости от состава стеклянную подложку можно использовать, например, для изготовления солнечного элемента на основе стекла, в котором две практически плоские стеклянные подложки совмещены друг с другом.
