The invention relates to a piece of furniture with at least two drawers located one above the other with front closures of the same type that can be joined with the side walls of the drawers by means of furniture fittings, being able to be released, where the furniture fittings can be subjects with fasteners located one above the other, in holes of the frontal closures.

Moreover, the invention relates to a kit for the manufacture of furniture.

Numerous furniture is known from the state of the art with drawers located one above the other in which the front locks are constructed of the same type. A problem that occurs is that the lower front closure of the lower drawer must not be placed in the same position as the upper front closures of the upper drawers since the front closure of the lower drawer must also cover a bottom of the furniture body to generate a Attractive aesthetic image. The mission of the invention is to present an improved piece of furniture regarding the state of the art.

It has proved especially advantageous if for the determination of a first position in height of the frontal closure with respect to the side wall of the drawer the fixing elements can be joined with the two upper ones of the three fixing points and that for the determination of a second position in height of the front closure with respect to the side wall of the drawer, the fixing elements can be joined with the two lower ones of the three fixing points and that in both positions in height the fixing elements can be attached in the same two holes of the front closure . By means of the corresponding selection of the upper or lower fixing points of the furniture fittings, a displacement of the frontal closure with respect to the side walls of the drawer can then be achieved, then using only the same holes of the frontal closure.

According to a preferred constructive example, it can be provided that in order to determine a first position in height of the frontal closure with respect to the side wall of the drawer, the fixing elements can be held at the two upper fixing points of the three and that to determine a second position in height of the front closure with respect to the side wall of the drawer, the fixing elements can be held in the two lower fixing points of the three and in both positions in height the fixing elements can be joined with the same two points of furniture hardware fixing. With this, only by selecting the corresponding holes of the frontal closure can a vertical displacement of the frontal closure be obtained with respect to the side walls of the drawer, where for this purpose it is always possible to achieve the fixation on the same fixing points of the hardware of piece of furniture.

Figure 1 shows a perspective representation of a cabinet 1 with three drawers 2, 3 and 4. The drawers 2, 3 and 4 each have two side walls 6 and 7. Each of these side walls 6 and 7 of the drawers 2, 3 and 4 a front closure 5 is attached.

As can be seen well in this representation of Figure 2, the front closure 5 of the upper drawer 2 reaches the upper edge of the furniture body 90, so that in the closed state of the drawer 2 the front face 91 of the furniture body is covered. The same applies to the drawer 4 in which with the drawer 4 closed, the front closure 5 covers the front face 92 of the furniture body. This is not achieved by a different construction of the front locks 5 but because the position of the front locks 5 on the side walls 6 and 7 of the drawers takes place at a different height from these.

Figure 3 shows a side view of a piece of furniture 1 as already shown in Figure 2, with the difference that in the two lower drawers 3 and 4 the covers of the side walls 7 have been removed.

In this representation, the upper furniture fittings 10 and the lower furniture fittings 20 of the drawers 3 and 4 can now be recognized, which were fixed in the holes 51 and 52 by the fixing elements 8 (for reasons of clarity in this Figure 3 are not represented, see figure 2).

In drawer 3, the furniture fittings 10 and 20 were subjected to the frontal closure 5 with its two upper fixing points. In furniture 1 as shown in figures 1 to 3, it occurs that the lower drawer 4 of the furniture 1 has a front closure 5 which, with respect to the side wall 6 and 7 of the drawer 4, is built lower and that the remaining drawers 2 and 3 have a front closure 5 which, with respect to the side wall 6 and 7 of the drawers 2 and 3, is built above.

Figures 5a and 5b show both different fixing positions of both furniture fittings 10 and 20 on the front closure 5 using the same holes 51 and 52 of the front closure 5 by means of the fixing elements 8.

In figure 5a is shown how both furniture fittings 10 and 20 were joined with the front closure 5 by means of their two upper fasteners, whereby the front closure 5 in a mounting situation aqrn not shown on the side walls of a drawer extends even further up and with it could cover the front face of a body cover.

As an alternative to this, as presented in Figure 5b, both furniture fittings 10 and 20 can be placed with their two lower fixing points also in the front closure 5, exactly in the holes 51 and 52, so that the closure front 5 is displaced downwards and with this the front closure can cover the front face of a body bottom. Again we must mention here that it is an identical frontal closure 5, so that no confusion can occur during assembly. .

For this, the fixing elements 8 can be introduced into the openings of the furniture fittings 10 and 20 and be held in the holes 51 and 52 of the front closures 5 (with respect to the openings, see the description of figures of the figures 7 and 8).

Figure 6a shows a perspective representation of the upper furniture hardware 10. This furniture fitting 10 has three fixing positions 11, 12 and 13, although in this representation only the fixing point 13 is visible, the other two fixing points 11 and 12 must be taken from figures 7b and 7d. In this constructive example, the fixing elements 8 are designed as screws 80 with which the furniture hardware 10 can be attached to the front closure 5 not shown here.

Figure 6b shows a perspective representation of the lower furniture hardware 20 with its three fixing points 21,22 and 23. Again, also the fixing elements 8 are designed as screws 80.

Figures 7a and 7d show various perspective views of the upper furniture hardware 10 and its fixing points 11, 12 and 13.

For fixing the furniture hardware 10 to the front closure 5 not shown here, on the one hand the fixing elements 8 arranged one above the other are introduced in the two lower fixing points 12 and 13, which are constructed as openings to place the furniture fittings 10 in a position of higher height above the front closure 5 (as shown in Figures 7a and 7b).

As can be well recognized in Figures 7 and 8, in this preferred constructive example the fixing points 11, 12, 13, 21, 22 and 23 are designed as openings. Also in these figures it can be appreciated that the fixing elements 8 can be introduced into the openings of the furniture fittings 10 and 20 and in a next step, not shown, they can be held in the holes 51, 52 and 53 of the closure front 5.

Figure 9 shows a variant of a piece of furniture 1 in which the fixing of a front closure 5 takes place at different heights with respect to the side walls 6 and 7 (6 not shown) of the drawers. With this, it is possible that in the case of the upper drawer 2, its front closure 5 covers the front face of the body cover 91 when the drawer 2 is in a closed state and also that the lower drawer 4, with its front closure 5, covers the front face of the body bottom 92 when the drawer 4 is in the closed state.

In this constructive example this is not obtained, as in the previous cases with three different fixing points in the furniture fittings, but through three holes 51, 52 and 53 in the front closure 5, where for the furniture fittings only They use two of these three drills 51, 52 and 53.
