DESCRIPTION

The invention relates to a retention device for a support element of a cabinet, such as a refrigerator or freezer or a wine storage cellar. Furthermore, the invention relates to a refrigerator, freezer or wine storage cellar with a corresponding retention device.

Such a retention device can basically be provided both inside a cabinet and also on its outer surface. A retention device of similar type is disclosed, for example, in WO2005009173 A.

The support elements of the type referred to in this document generally serve to house and store objects or utensils. The support elements can be consequently shelves, shelves, shelves or similar elements.

Until now it is customary in most cases to install such support elements solidly in the cabinet or to provide a removable installation, applying in the simplest embodiments in the cabinet wall holes, using bolts or supports with a mounting surface, on which the corresponding support element is removably placed. Such solutions are not only expensive to assemble but also unsatisfactory in terms of fixing the support element.

Other variants of fixing such support elements provide furniture fittings, which must be used in recesses of the support elements and must be connected with screws in the cabinet wall. In addition, the consumption of material required for this purpose is also necessary in this regard a high assembly cost.

Other solutions consist, for example, that grooves are incorporated into the cabinet wall or the cabinet wall has pearl-shaped elevations, between which a guide is formed into which the support element can be inserted respectively. Such embodiments of arrangement of a support element are known, for example, in refrigerators, freezers or wine cellars. In most of the walls made of plastic of these cabinets the grooves can be molded or the guides already in the manufacture.

It is disadvantageous in this respect, however, that the support elements are only used in the corresponding host elements and can then be removed at any time from the host element.

The invention therefore poses the problem of providing a retention device for a support element of a cabinet, which makes it possible to easily assemble the support element and fix it on or to the cabinet in a removable but reliable manner.

According to the invention, this problem is solved by means of a retention device with the characteristics of independent claim 1 or by a refrigerator, freezer or wine cellar according to independent claim 10.

Advantageous configurations and improvements of the invention are deduced from the respective dependent claims. The advantages that can be achieved with the invention consist in particular in that the support element can be connected in a simple way with the cabinet, and in addition there is a fixation that is found more secure and reliable in the cabinet, being also connected the support element removable with the cabinet. It can be deduced consistently at all times that a higher cost is required, however, than in the case of prior art solutions. This additional cost is desirable according to the invention since in this way an additional security aspect could be achieved. The assembly cost for the insertion of a support element is further reduced to a considerable extent.

A first configuration of the invention provides that the connecting piece has a lower face complementary to the surface of the support. By this measure you can drive the support directly on the underside of the

along the connecting piece and thus experience optimal guidance during insertion or extraction.

In correspondence to this, an additional proposal is made to equip the support on its lower face with a bearing surface complementary to the mounting surface and on its upper face with a sliding surface complementary to the lower face of the connecting piece. By means of these measures, the introduction and removal already mentioned and mentioned of the support element can be essentially improved, since there is an optimal guidance of the support available in the support element in its upper face and in its lower face.

With the support available in the support element, a slide regulator can also be transformed in a simple way, the supports having a buttress as a slide regulator. In the simplest case, a contact surface can be used as a buttress on the upper face or on the lower face of the support, which upon reaching the sliding path of the support element becomes supported on a corresponding contact surface.

Additionally, the guidance of the support can be further improved if it has a flat surface guided along the wall of the cabinet in the insertion of the support element. In other words, the support slides in an approximately U-shaped guide of the cabinet, while this presents according to a secondary proposal according to the invention in a view from above an approximately D-shaped geometry. It is especially additionally significant that the Support is made in its entirety as a unique plastic shaped piece. In this way, the support element can be molded directly in the support element or in the special manufacture of the support in order to easily join the support element. For this reason, it has a low weight so that the manageability of the support element is not impaired. As a whole, the fabrication of the support as a single plastic shaped part represents a considerable manufacturing and economic advantage.

As already mentioned at the beginning the support element can be for example a shelf, a glass plate or a supporting frame.

With the use of a glass plate it is advantageous that it is enclosed with a frame in which the support is fixed or configured.

The solution according to the invention is especially suitable for a refrigerator or freezer or for a wine storage cellar.

The invention is clarified below in more detail by means of the accompanying drawings. The examples of embodiment shown do not represent any limitation on the variants represented, but serve to clarify a principle of the invention defined by the patent claims. In this respect, the same or same type pieces are designated with the same references. In order to clarify the operation according to the invention, only very simplified representations of the principle are shown in the figures, in which non-essential components of the invention are omitted. This does not mean, however, that such components are not present in a solution according to the invention.

Figure 1 shows a sectional view of a retention device with a support element 2 in a cabinet observed from the upper face of the support element 2. The support element 2 is treated in the present invention a glass plate 12 which it is received in a frame 14. In frame 14 a support 3 is present which has an elastic leg 6. The elastic leg 6 is observed only in the direction of insertion of the support element 2, configured in the front part of the support 3, a notch 16 representing a distance of the leg 6 from the frame being present below the elastic leg 6 14. Above the support 3 is present a groove 22 that is generated by the distance from the visual protection 17 arranged above the support 3. Finally, Figure 4 shows as a section a sectional view of two different retention devices with different support elements. In the upper part of an image the support 3 is arranged between two protuberances made as visual protection 17 of the wall 4 of the cabinet. Additionally, another variant of a support 3 has to be provided in the lower part of the image of Figure 4. This support 3 serves in the present example for the reception of a support element 2, which is here a glass plate 12 with the delimiting frame 14. A solution of this type has already been clarified in relation to the description in Figures 1-3.

Depending on the example of Figure 5, it is clarified in more detail in the upper part of the image of Figure 4 supports 3 mentioned for the reception of supporting frames 13. Also this support 3 has an elastic leg 6, which is divided by a notch 16 of the rest of the body of the support 3 and is made in its front tongue-shaped area. A section of the supporting frame 13 used in the support 3 is shown as a detail in Figure 6. From this it is shown that in the area of the connection of the supporting frame 13 with the support 3 a plate-shaped section 20 is present.

Figure 7 shows the angular area of a bearing element 2 from the bottom with the support 3 incorporated therein. Similarly to this end, the support 3 incorporated therefrom emerges from Figure 8 of the angular area of the support element 2 from the upper face. The support 3 is configured in this example in the frame 14 of a glass plate 12, this frame being manufactured in this invention and the support 3 in a piece of a plastic. The support element 2 formed is used, for example, in a refrigerator as a shelf. No mention is required that instead of the glass plate 12 a plastic plate or other materials can also be used. As is clear from the representations of Figures 7 and 8, the support 3 is arranged in the direction of insertion observed by an insertion opening 21, which is limited on one side of the elastic leg 6. Between the elastic leg 6 and the opposite part of this of the body of the support 3, a recess 23 is formed, which serves with the support element 2 inserted in the cabinet to receive the corresponding connecting piece 5 of the retention device. On its upper face the support 3 has a ready surface 9 and on its lower face opposite a bearing surface 8. Figure 9 illustrates a longitudinal section through the support 3 in the support element 2 used in the cabinet. In the movement of insertion of the support element 2 into the cabinet, the connecting part 5 is almost completely enclosed in the cabinet by the support 3, the connecting part 5 surrounding the connecting part 5 in an essential part. In this way, a safety is produced when the support element 2 is removed. The glass plate 12 of the support element 2 shown here has a particular feature that a recess 18 is present in the area adjacent to the support 3. A use plate 24 is shown in Figure 10, such as that which can be provided for example in a refrigerator. The particularity of the use plate 24 shown in Figure 10 is that it can be manufactured as a construction element in a single piece and then used in an opening 25 provided for this purpose in the wall 4 of the cabinet.
