The present invention relates to a drawer with the features of the preamble 1 as well as a joining arrangement for holding a side panel in a bottom of a drawer.

The drawers of the type according to the genre are known in different forms of construction, where basically, the adapters take the function of loading and supporting the side panels, which in this type of constructions cover the adapters as a cap, and on the other hand they are used to hold the back wall and the front closure of the drawer.

The constructions hitherto known have several disadvantages.

Thus, there are drawers of the type according to the genre in which the complete assembly of the corresponding drawers is comparatively expensive and partly also only possible with the help of tools, so that an assembly of this type of drawers by an end user It is not possible in practice. There are constructions in which the adapters located in the front zone are different from the adapters located in the rear zone. This is unfavorable for economic reasons, since different adapters must be manufactured.

Also known are constructions with two or three-piece adapters, the disadvantage here also being the high manufacturing costs and the additional mounting costs for assembling the adapters.

Thus, from EP1 157 636 A1 a drawer is known in which a metal fixing element that serves as an adapter can be connected with a rail of an extraction device. In the fixing element a plastic retention part has been cast, which serves to hold a front closure of the drawer.

In document AT 000 509 A1, a retention plate welded or riveted with an extraction rail, a retention plate that is screwed with a fixing device with a tilting segment tensioned by a spring, is used to fix a front closure of the drawer .

The present invention is based on the mission of creating a drawer of the type according to the genre, which stands out for a particularly simple construction and where possible also economical.

This mission will be solved by a drawer with the characteristics of claim 1.

Through the use of adapters, which seen in the direction of travel of the drawer have an introduction channel of approximately rectangular shape, the possibility is created even with identical adapters on each side, to be able to fix the frontal closures by inserting a support support on a front adapter that is intended to accommodate a support of the front closure attached to the front closure.

Advantageously, the adapters are made in one piece, so that, in this regard, no special assembly steps are necessary to assemble the adapters.

Both for manufacturing reasons and for stability reasons the adapters are made of sheet metal as stamped and folded parts.

Especially advantageous is a constructive form in which the adapters of the right side and the left side are constructively equal to each other.

A construction of this type can be achieved when the adapters are specularly symmetrical constructed around a central axis that runs perpendicular to the ground plane.

Then for each drawer only one type of unique adapter will be necessary.

It is suitably envisaged that the support braces on the adapters located on the front face are connected with those adapters by means of snap-in or quick joints.

The advantage of this constructive form is in the simple assembly due to the simple introduction of the support support in the adapter until the automatic interlocking with the adapter occurs.

This does not require additional fixing means or tools to join the support brackets with the adapters.

Figure 2 shows that the side panels 5 are fixed by three adapters.

At this point it should be mentioned that one can also think that regardless of on which side of the drawer 1 they are located, the adapters 6 can be constructed the same, because the adapters 6 are constructed specularly symmetrical with respect to an axis that runs perpendicular to the bottom 2.

The adapters 6 that are in the rear area also serve to fasten each one of the side panels 5 also for joining with the rear wall 3.

The adapters 6 that are in the front area are provided with a support support 7 (see especially Figure 3) to accommodate a front closure support 8.

The adapters 6 are preferably constructed as one-piece components, advantageously in the form of pieces made of sheet metal by stamping and bending.

On the contrary, the support supports 7 and the support of the front closure 8 are advantageously constructed of plastic.

In addition, the front closure bracket 8 is provided with a lateral adjustment screw15 which, when mounted, is fixed with its two front surfaces inside the adapter and / or the support bracket 7.

The front closure support 8 can be inserted into the support support 7 and with the eccentric bolt 13 of the eccentric height adjustment 11 fits into an elongated slot 16 of the support support 7 open in the direction of the front closure 4. To do this, The side of the elongated open slot 16 facing the front closure 4 is provided with a narrowed inlet area 16a in relation to the diameter of the eccentric bolt 13.

If the front closure support 8 is also introduced in the direction of the support support 7, the eccentric bolt 13 must, in the first place, exceed the narrowed introduction area 16a in order to get into the elongated groove 16. The design described above of the support support 7, front closure support 8 and mulatilla 17 is, logically, on both sides of the drawer so that the front closure 4 is securely fixed to each of the support supports 7 after there is an alignment of the front closure 4 with respect to other components of a piece of furniture took place.

The connection between the adapters 6 and the bottom 2 of a drawer 1 can be carried out in several ways.

In the present cases the concept "union" must be widely taken and refer not only to a firm union, but also to a joint by closing form, where the latter also involves a special design of the side panels 5.

In each case the adapters 6 are provided with a flange 23 which is held below the bottom 2, which has at least one shoulder 24 directed upwards. This projection or projections 24 fit into the grooves 25 provided on the bottom face of the bottom 2 and run in the direction of insertion of the drawer 1. With this the adapters 6 are secured with respect to the bottom 2, mainly transversely to the direction of insertion of the drawer. one

But in the sense of easy assembly without tools, it is advantageous, for example, after the longitudinal alignment according to the specification within each side panel 5, to join the adapters 6 with these already in the factory, for example, by welding by similar points or methods. The solution mentioned lastly offers the considerable advantage that a drawer 1 designed in this way can be transported disassembled in a flat and taking up very little space and if necessary it can be assembled by people who are not technically trained and almost without tools. Finally, in this case, only tools are needed to drive the height adjustment eccentric 11 and the lateral adjustment screw 15.

A construction that differs from the constructive examples shown may consist in the fact that in the area of the side panels 5 only one adapter 6 is placed in which, as in the construction examples described above, the rear wall is attached at the rear end 2 and in the front end zone the front closure, as in the construction examples described above, that is, in the front end zone of the adapter 6, a support support 7 is provided in this case and in the front closure the corresponding front closure supports , which can be joined in the manner and manner described and allow a possibility of adjustable fastening for the frontal closure 4.

In a constructive example of this type, the adapters can also be constructed constructively with one another by means of a directed construction, as already mentioned above.

The support supports 7 existing in the front area and which there are connected with the adapters 6 provided, are provided at their lower and front ends, with an insertion part 27 constructed with multiple tapering, which makes possible a joint by closing of force and / or form closure with a gland 28, which can be attached at the front end of a raceway 29 of an extraction lane 30 shown only in schema, so that in an easy way and form a coupling is possible between the drawer 1 and the mentioned extraction crane 30. In figure 9 it is shown that the side panels 5 can be provided, in the area of their upper edge, with a housing groove 31 open upwards, in order to be able to insert in this housing groove 31 mounting parts 32 protruding towards up and increase the height of the drawer.

The support supports 7 can be designed in such a way that the introduction channels 9 of the adapters 6, seen in the longitudinal direction of the drawer 1, cannot be completely filled in such a way that there is a possibility in the area of the panels lateral 5, to be able to lay electric cables or similar in the case that these are necessary for the purpose of electric drives, lighting or the like.

The adapters 6 constructed as stamped and folded pieces can be provided without more, with elastic hooks or the like of any design to prevent a longitudinal displacement in relation to the side panels 5 and / or a raceway 29 of an extraction shaft 30.

In total, the drawer according to the invention offers the advantage that it is finally made up of a few different construction pieces, so that a cost advantage in manufacturing is obtained, and another advantage is that the drawer can be transported in a disassembled state. , flat, and can be assembled by the customer without problems, without requiring special tools or tools, since for the operation of the height adjustment eccentric 11 and the lateral adjustment screw 15 only simple screwdrivers or cross screwdrivers that usually exist in each house.
