Claims (34)

  1. Apparatus for securing the front panel of a drawer (4) to drawer frames (17), having a holding part (7) secured to the front panel and a support part secured to a drawer frame at each side of the drawer, it being possible to couple the holding parts to the support parts and a spring (6) being provided, characterized in that the spring (6), preferably a helical spring, is effective in the longitudinal direction of the drawer frame (17) between the support part and the holding part (7), and in that when the front panel is mounted a limited relative movement of the holding part (7) with respect to the support part in opposition to the spring action is possible.
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the spring is a pressure spring (6).
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 2, characterized in that the pressure spring (6) is supported against an angled tab (22) of the support part and against a web (7') of the holding part (7).
  4. Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that the holding part (7) is resilient in the manner of a bow, and in that the pressure spring (6) is supported against the central web (7').
  5. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the drawer frame (17) is of double-walled construction, and in that the holding part (7) has a stop face (15) for the front panel (4), which, when there is no front panel (4) mounted and the spring is not under tension, is within the drawer frame (17) and can be moved in opposition to the spring action as far as in front of the end face of the drawer frame (17).
  6. Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that the tab (22) is on a vertically adjustable receiving plate (3) of the support part.
  7. Apparatus according to Claim 2 , characterized in that the holding part (7) has hooks (41) by means of which it can be suspended in a receiving plate (3) of the support part which has counter-hooks (50), and in that the receiving plate (3) has a preferably cylindrical depression in which the pressure spring (6) is mounted.
  8. Apparatus according to Claim 7, characterized in that there is mounted on the receiving plate (3), tiltable about a horizontal axis, a ratchet (42) having a lug (43) which abuts against a stop face (44) of the holding part (7) behind one of the hooks (41) when the front panel (4) is mounted.
  9. Apparatus according to Claim 3, characterized in that the tab (22) projects into a lateral cutout (24) of the holding part (7).
  10. Apparatus according to Claim 9, characterized in that the cutout (24) is constructed to be continuous from side to side of the holding part (7).
  11. Apparatus according to Claim 6, characterized in that there is punched out of the receiving plate (3) a limitation tab (23) against which there abuts a stop face (31) of the holding part (7) and which delimits the pull-out distance of the holding part (7) out of the drawer frame (17).
  12. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that each holding part (7) has a stop for a press-in ram (14) which exerts a pressure directed towards the front panel (4).
  13. Apparatus according to Claim 12, characterized in that the holding parts (7) are provided with dowels (19) which are constructed as spreading plug-type dowels, and spreading pins (34) are mounted on the holding part (7) by way of predetermined breakpoints (35).
  14. Apparatus according to Claim 13, characterized in that each holding part (7) is provided with two dowels (19) and two spreading pins (34), the spreading pins (34) being connected by way of a yoke part (40) which has the stop for the press-in ram (14).
  15. Apparatus according to Claim 12, characterized in that the holding part (7) has a lateral cutout (24) on the wall of which is constructed the stop for the press-in ram (14).
  16. Apparatus according to Claims 1 and 12, characterized in that the drawer frame (17) is of double-walled construction, and in that the holding part (7) has a stop face (15) for the front panel (4) which, when no front panel (4) is mounted and the spring (6) is not under tension, is within the drawer frame (17) and is movable in opposition to the spring action in front of the end face of the drawer frame (17).
  17. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the spring (6) urges a tilt lever (60), known per se, which is rotatable about a horizontal axis and couples the holding part (7) to the receiving plate (3) of the support part.
  18. Apparatus according to Claim 17 , characterized in that a locking bar (61) is provided which has a stop tab (63) for the tilt lever (60), and in that the stop tab (63) of the locking bar (61) and a counter-stop on the tilt lever (60) are spaced from one another when the front panel (4) is mounted on the drawer frames (17), and in that by pushing the front panel (4) away from the drawer frames (17) the tilt lever (60) is turned in opposition to the force of the spring (6) to the stop tab (63) of the locking bar (61).
  19. Apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that two horizontal webs (67, 80) which are arranged one above the other are provided on the receiving plates (3) and form a guide into which the holding parts (7) can be inserted.
  20. Apparatus according to claim 18, characterized in that on each of the receiving plates (3) at the front two vertically projecting bows (53) are constructed which form stops for the holding parts (7).
  21. Apparatus according to Claim 17, characterized in that the tilt lever (60) is provided with a cross slot which enables a cross screwdriver (69) to act on it.
  22. Apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that the locking bar (61), which is mounted on the axis of the tilt lever (60), is constructed as a two-armed lever and one of the arms (61') is held in a slot (62) in the receiving plate (3).
  23. Apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that the locking bar (61) is resilient transversely to the direction of rotation of the tilt lever (60).
  24. Apparatus according to Claim 17, characterized in that a rod (57) is articulated to the tilt lever (60) and supports the spring (6).
  25. Apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that the tilt lever (60) has a notch (79) into which the stop tab (63) of the locking bar (61) projects.
  26. Apparatus according to Claim 17, characterized in that the tilt lever (60) is mounted on a housing (55) into which the holding part (7) can be inserted.
  27. Apparatus according to Claim 17, characterized in that the holding part (7) has a curved support face (72) for the tilt lever (60).
  28. Apparatus according to Claim 27, characterized in that the support face (72) of the holding part (7) is arranged in a housing.
  29. Apparatus according to Claim 27, characterized in that the tilt lever (60) has a step-shaped notch (74) which latches onto the edge of the support face (72) of the holding part (7).
  30. Apparatus according to Claim 18, characterized in that the tilt lever (60) has an upper and a lower notch (79, 64), a hook (84) of the holding part (7) latching into the lower notch (64) and a stop tab (63) of the locking bar (61) latching into the upper notch (79).
  31. Apparatus according to Claim 24, characterized in that the locking bar (61) bears on the rod (9) by one end.
