Abstract
Un procedimiento para producir un recubrimiento sobre la superficie interior de un tubo para una instalación de tubería, que comprende la siguiente secuencia de pasos: * aplicación de una capa de una composición de revestimiento líquida curable por radiación UV sobre dicha superficie, * curación de dicha capa mediante la irradiación de la misma con luz UV, donde dicha composición comprende: * uno o más oligómeros, siendo resinas de (met)acrilato fotocurables, * uno o más monómeros de (met)acrilato, * uno o más promotores de la adherencia, * uno o más iniciadores de la fotopolimerización, y * pigmento rojo de óxido de hierro, en el que dicha etapa de curado se lleva a cabo colocando una o más lámparas UV configuradas para irradiar dicha superficie interior con un movimiento continuo o paso a paso, el movimiento de dichas lámparas con respecto al tubo tiene lugar en la dirección longitudinal de dicho tubo, mientras el tubo gira alrededor de su eje central y/o mientras las lámparas giran alrededor de dicho eje central.

[0073] Se puede observar que la resistencia a la abrasión para todas estas muestras es mejor que para la composición del ejemplo de la tabla 1. Por tanto, es claro que una elección particular de oligómero, que tenga propiedades de mejora de la abrasión, posiblemente en combinación con una dispersión de partículas coloidales, 5 mejora la resistencia a la abrasión de una manera significativa. En términos de la dureza del recubrimiento, se puede ver que o bien la utilización de resinas de poliéster para mejorar la dureza o de resinas de uretano para mejorar la dureza a un nivel de al menos el 35% en masa es responsable del aumento de la dureza, manteniendo una buena resistencia a la abrasión. Alternativamente, en lugar de añadir oligómeros que mejoren la dureza, pasar del 14% en masa de Nanocryl®C130 al 28% en masa claramente da como resultado un aumento de la dureza. La última
10 combinación (muestra 6) es mejor que las anteriores (muestras 4 y 5), en términos de asegurar la flexibilidad óptima del recubrimiento.
