método de revestimento em pó. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de revestimento em pó capaz de formar uma película de revestimento que possui excelente adesão e textura da superfície usando-se uma material de termocura com revestimento em pó. o método de revestimento em pó está configurado para incluir: uma etapa de aquecimento para aquecer um membro dotado de mola (21); uma etapa de revestimento para induzir um material de termocura com revestimento em pó (20a) a aderir-se a um superfície do membro dotado de mola (21), com uma temperatura da superfície t (<198>c) do membro dotado de mola estando em uma faixa de "t~ f~ - 20<sym> t < t~ f~ + 20" (t~ f~: uma temperatura final de cura (<198>c) do material de termocura com revestimento em pó (20a)), e uma etapa de cura para curar o material de termocura com revestimento em pó (20a) que se adere à superfície do membro dotado de mola. na etapa de cura, a temperatura da superfície t (<198>c) do membro dotado de mola (21) durante a finalização da cura é desejavelmente "t~ s~ + 30 <sym> t" (t~ s~: uma temperatura inicial de cura (<198>c) do material de termocura com revestimento em pó (20a)).
