Claims (7)
- 支持構造体(51)と、
前記支持構造体(51)に設けられ、スタビライザ(10)の下側の目玉部(21)に向けて粉体塗料(46)を吹付ける下側ノズルユニット(60)と、
前記支持構造体(51)に設けられ、前記スタビライザ(10)の上側の目玉部(22)に向けて粉体塗料(46)を吹付ける上側ノズルユニット(80)とを有し、
前記下側ノズルユニット(60)は、
下側フレーム(61)と、
前記下側フレーム(61)に配置された複数の下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)と、
前記下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)の各先端に設けられ、前記粉体塗料(46)を噴出する下側ノズル(65a-65f)と、
前記下側ノズル(65a-65f)から噴出する前記粉体塗料(46)に電荷を与える下側の電極(66a-66f)とを有し、
前記上側ノズルユニット(80)は、
第1の方向に延びる第1フレーム(81)と、
前記第1フレーム(81)に配置された複数の第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)と、
前記第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)の各先端に設けられ、前記粉体塗料(46)を噴出する第1のノズル(91a-91d)と、
前記第1フレーム(81)とは異なる第2の方向に延びる第2フレーム(82)と、
前記第2フレーム(82)に配置された第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)と、
前記第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)の先端に設けられ、前記粉体塗料(46)を噴出する第2のノズル(91e,91f)と、
前記第1のノズル(91a-91d)と前記第2のノズル(91e,91f)から噴出する前記粉体塗料(46)に電荷を与える上側の電極(92a-92f)と、
前記下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)と前記第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)および前記第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)に前記粉体塗料(46)を供給する塗料供給機構(71)と、
を具備したことを特徴とするスタビライザのための塗料吹付装置。 - 請求項1に記載の塗料吹付装置において、
前記下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)は、それぞれ、中空の球面継手を有する共通形状の複数の管要素(63)を互いに直列に接続することによって構成され、前記下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)の長さが互いに同一であることを特徴とする塗料吹付装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の塗料吹付装置において、
前記第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)および前記第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)は、それぞれ、中空の球面継手を有する共通形状の複数の管要素(63)を互いに直列に接続することによって構成され、前記第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)および前記第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)の長さがそれぞれ互いに同一であることを特徴とする塗料吹付装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の塗料吹付装置において、
前記下側ノズル(65a-65f)のうちの一部がダミーのノズル(65c,65d)であり、該ダミーのノズル(65c,65d)は前記下側の目玉部(21)を避ける方向に前記粉体塗料(46)を噴射することを特徴とする塗料吹付装置。 - 請求項4に記載の塗料吹付装置において、
前記ダミーのノズル(65c,65d)が粉体回収装置(100)に向けられていることを特徴とする塗料吹付装置。 - スタビライザ(10)の両端に設けられた目玉部(21)(22)のうちの一方の目玉部(22)の貫通孔(31)に挿入されるフック(42)を有したハンガ(41)と、
前記ハンガ(41)によって吊下げられたスタビライザ(10)の全体に、帯電した粉体塗料(46)を吹付けることにより、スタビライザ(10)の全体に前記粉体塗料(46)を第1の厚さに付着させる静電ガン(45)と、
前記スタビライザ(10)の各目玉部(21)(22)に付着している前記粉体塗料(46)をエアブローによって剥離させるエア噴射ガン(47)と、
前記各目玉部(21)(22)に前記粉体塗料(46)を吹付けることにより、該目玉部(21)(22)に前記粉体塗料(46)を前記第1の厚さよりも薄い第2の厚さに付着させる塗料吹付装置(50)と、
前記スタビライザ(10)に付着した前記粉体塗料(46)を焼付ける加熱炉(44)とを含み、
前記塗料吹付装置(50)は、
支持構造体(51)と、
前記支持構造体(51)に設けられ、前記スタビライザ(10)の下側の目玉部(21)に向けて前記粉体塗料(46)を吹付ける下側ノズルユニット(60)と、
前記支持構造体(51)に設けられ、前記スタビライザ(10)の上側の目玉部(22)に向けて前記粉体塗料(46)を吹付ける上側ノズルユニット(80)とを有し、
前記下側ノズルユニット(60)は、
下側フレーム(61)と、
前記下側フレーム(61)に配置された複数の下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)と、
前記下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)の各先端に設けられ、前記粉体塗料(46)を噴出する下側ノズル(65a-65f)と、
前記下側ノズル(65a-65f)から噴出する前記粉体塗料(46)に電荷を与える下側の電極(66a-66f)とを有し、
前記上側ノズルユニット(80)は、
第1の方向に延びる第1フレーム(81)と、
前記第1フレーム(81)に配置された複数の第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)と、
前記第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)の各先端に設けられ、前記粉体塗料(46)を噴出する第1のノズル(91a-91d)と、
前記第1フレーム(81)とは異なる第2の方向に延びる第2フレーム(82)と、
前記第2フレーム(82)に配置された第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)と、
前記第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)の先端に設けられ、前記粉体塗料(46)を噴出する第2のノズル(91e,91f)と、
前記第1のノズル(91a-91d)と前記第2のノズル(91e,91f)から噴出する前記粉体塗料(46)に電荷を与える上側の電極(92a-92f)と、
前記下側のフレキシブル管(62a-62f)と前記第1のフレキシブル管(90a-90d)および前記第2のフレキシブル管(90e,90f)に前記粉体塗料(46)を供給する塗料供給機構(71)と、
を具備したことを特徴とする塗装設備(40)。 - スタビライザ(10)の両端の目玉部(21)(22)のうち一方の目玉部(22)をハンガ(41)のフック(42)に引っ掛けて該スタビライザ(10)を吊下げた状態で搬送し、
前記ハンガ(41)に吊下げられた前記スタビライザ(10)の全体に、帯電した粉体塗料(46)を吹付けることにより、スタビライザ(10)の全体に前記粉体塗料(46)を第1の厚さに付着させ、
前記目玉部(21)(22)に付着した前記粉体塗料(46)をエアブローによって剥離させ、
前記スタビライザ(10)の下側の目玉部(21)と対応した位置に配置された下側ノズル(65a-65f)によって、前記下側の目玉部(21)に向けて前記粉体塗料(46)を吹付けることにより、前記下側の目玉部(21)に前記粉体塗料(46)を前記第1の厚さよりも薄い第2の厚さに付着させ、
前記スタビライザ(10)の上側の目玉部(22)と対応した位置に配置された上側のノズル(91a-91f)によって前記上側の目玉部(22)に向けて前記粉体塗料(46)を吹付けることにより前記上側の目玉部(22)に前記粉体塗料(46)を前記第2の厚さに付着させ、
前記スタビライザ(10)に付着した前記粉体塗料(46)を加熱し前記スタビライザ(10)の表面に前記粉体塗料(46)を焼付けること特徴とする塗装方法。
