Abstract

1. Paletizador, caracterizado esencialmente por estar constituido por un transportador lineal de correas paralelas, por encima del cual va montado un dispositivo volteador automático alternativo, es decir, que voltea los elementos planos que desplaza el transportador, uno sí y otro no, cuyo volteador consta de dos brazos colgantes por gravedad con sus extremos en forma de garfio, al final de cuyo recorrido se encuentra dispuesta una pala de mordazas accionadas por un cilindro neumático, que aprieta sobre los elementos cuando éstas han llegado a su posición, siendo articulada la pala por una combinación de palancas y bielas para posicionar al elemento plano en situación vertical y cederlo así con la colaboración de un presionador vertical a un transportador doble horizontal, continuación del primero, con el cual se desplaza en movimiento intermitente de avance, quedando los elementos encarados por pares y agrupados en paquetes cuantitativamente previstos, hasta un espacio donde quedan liberados del doble transportador, quedando sobre una zona donde actúa un módulo de rodillos que se eleva liberando el paquete de elementos y transfiriéndolo por giro de los rodillos a lo largo de una mesa de rodillos que queda en ese momento al mismo nivel del módulo y cuyo final de mesa es una zona de rodillos locos donde quedan agrupados varios paquetes adosados lateralmente para formar un volumen previsto para su empaquetado. 2.
