Abstract

Procedimiento para obtener polvo los formados por partículas gruesas, muy solubles en un líquido, proyectando un líquido a velocidad muy grande, con ayuda de fuerza centrífuga, en forma de delgada lámina horizontal, en la parte superior de una torre con atmósfera caliente, y recogiendo en la parte inferior de la torre el polvo formado; caracterizado porque se transportan las partículas finas de producto pulverizado, aspiradas de la torre por encima el producto en grano grueso, con una parte del gas de salida, hasta alrededor de la parte exterior del dispositivo de impulsión en lo alto de la torre; porque simultáneamente se proyectan sobre un disco ideado como turbina de ventilador y se aspiran del mismo las partículas de polvo fino, a fin de proyectarlas con el gas, en forma de delgada lámina horizontal, a un nivel superior al de la lámina de producto introducido en forma conocida sobre el disco; y porque se insufla el gas por la periferia del disco de modo que se provoca una turbulencia que favorece la mezcla del líquido y el polvo fino.
