Abstract

Procedimiento para producir fleje o lámina de acero de contenido en carbono ultra-bajo, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento: - producir una masa fundida de acero desgasificado a vacío en una etapa de fabricación de acero que comprende un tratamiento de la cuchara que comprende, en peso, - a lo sumo 0,003% de carbono, - a lo sumo 0,004% de nitrógeno, - a lo sumo 0,20% de fósforo, - a lo sumo 0,020% de azufre, - e hierro de equilibrio e impurezas inevitables, - en el que se obtiene un contenido en oxígeno fijado como objetivo de la masa fundida al final del tratamiento de la cuchara de la masa fundida por medición del contenido en oxígeno real de la masa fundida seguido por adición de una cantidad adecuada de aluminio en una forma adecuada a la masa fundida para unir el oxígeno en el que la actividad del oxígeno fijada como objetivo o contenido en oxígeno disuelto de la masa fundida al final del tratamiento de la cuchara es a lo sumo 80 ppm; - fundir el acero así producido en un procedimiento de fundición continuo para formar una plancha o fleje; - en el que dicho procedimiento proporciona una plancha, fleje o lámina de acero de contenido en carbono ultra-bajo que comprende: o a lo sumo 0,003% de carbono, o entre 0,05 y 0,35% de manganeso, o a lo sumo 0,004% de nitrógeno, o a lo sumo 0,025% de fósforo, o a lo sumo 0,020% de azufre, o a lo sumo 40 ppm de B, o a lo sumo 0,005% de titanio, o a lo sumo 0,005% de niobio, o a lo sumo 0,005% de zirconio, o a lo sumo 0,005% de vanadio, o una cantidad total de los elementos cobre, níquel, cromo, estaño y molibdeno de a lo sumo 0,10%, o a lo sumo 0,002% de aluminio soluble en ácido, o a lo sumo 0,004% de silicio, o un contenido en oxígeno total de a lo sumo 120 ppm, o e hierro de equilibrio e impurezas inevitables.
